Drive into the School Grounds & follow the Car Parking signs directing you to the left. Park up in the Car Park & walk through the Pedestrian Gate opposite the Sports Centre towards the School. The Door to the Studio is in between the picnic bences on the right hand side.

This is a great combo class including all your favourite Freestyle Dance and Latin Fitness routines. Burn 400-500 calories per session with this fantastic workout that leaves you buzzing and feeling full of energy!! A great fun Class for all-round exercise suitable for all ages and abilities!

All classes commence with a warm up and stretching, followed by routines (a new routine being taught every couple of weeks) then finishing with a cool down. Dancing is a great form of exercise, burning away lots of calories, so come along meet new friends and have fun!! Private lessons are available; please contact Debbie for more information.
